Avatars of Goa - EmProps

'Avatars of Goa' (AoG) is a long-form generative AI, Art PFP project developed in conjunction with Morrow collective's '{R(Evolutionaries);}' exhibit, Art Dubai, 2024. '{R(Evolutionaries);}' commemorates 10 years (2014-2024) of Blockchain art, with a small group of artists selected to represent each year, based on their significant genesis projects. I was one of seven artists selected to represent 2022 with my release of 'The Oracles', the genesis project on EmProps.ai and the very first long-form generative AI project on the blockchain. 

AoG was developed conceptually as a follow-up to 'The Oracles', as well as a tribute to the history of Blockchain art. Additionally, 'The Oracles' are included in an exhibition (**http://thisgeneration.in[/](http://thisgeneration.in/)**) in Goa India concurrent with the exhibition and release of AoG at Art Dubai. AoG includes aesthetic elements and concepts inspiring to me, seen in my previous work across numerous collections and platforms. These include early Renaissance painting references, technology artifacts, chimerical identities and custom color palettes.

AoG aspires to reinvent the historical 10k PFP collection (e.g. CryptoPunks) from more collectibles to works of art. Rather than utilizing a layered approach combining predefined bodies, heads, facial features, etc, AoG utilizes long-form generative AI with Emergent Properties' proprietary variable system, in OpenStudio. AoG includes 11 unique traits. Each trait has numerous potential values, as listed below. In addition, each trait value is weighted, to establish trait rarities across the collection.

Finally, in spite of the 100x increase in 'The Oracles' floor, I decided to release AoG at the original 1Tz, to hopefully enable all interested collectors to participate.
